Kentucky’s Case Appealation
The online casino gambling industry hold its breath with hope after the news that the Appeals hearing regarding the case of domain name seizure went quite well. Like the previous predictions stated, the judges decided to take some time before they announce the ruling. According to many of those who were in the courtroom, the outcome of hearing is good for the online casinos gambling site case. The previous, highly controversial ruling, of Judge Wingate has spread all over the world also outside of the online gambling industry as it touches even wider case – Kentucky courts ruled to seizure international domain names and it has no rights to did so, and that exactly could be dangerous for whole internet industry.
